Founded in 2021, The Skinny Plus was born out of a passion to create real, lasting change in workforce development, especially for women, youth, and underserved communities. As a minority female-led nonprofit, we understand firsthand the challenges many face when trying to access opportunities, gain skills, and build sustainable careers.

Our mission is simple: to empower individuals and organizations with the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive. Whether through consulting services, youth career programs, women’s workforce support, or expert grant writing, we partner with communities to create pathways to success.
