TSP’s consulting services are supported by years of direct industry related experience and research. TSP is able to provide your business, local workforce board, community organization, or local government with a product to meet your needs.

TSP’s Youth Services provide opportunities for youth to have exposure to high demand industries by way of industry related tours, apprenticeship partnerships, and internship opportunities.

Women make up a little over 50% of today’s workforce. TSP’s focus is to empower women with resources and tools to make the best decisions when returning to the workforce to support them and their families.

TSP partners with and is staffed by professional and certified grant writers. We provide grant writing services for nonprofit organizations, local governments, community organizations, and for- profit entities.
